Over the past few months we have noticed an increase of fraud due to customers who have legitimately purchased services, but later deny having done so to their credit card companies. Please keep in mind this is illegal, in fact this is a felony punishable by jail time. We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud which may include asking you to sign an affidavit. In addition, if you participate in such activity, your credit card may be black listed and may be unable to be used for any Internet purchases in the future.
